This isn't a one size fits all approach. When you work with me, you're stepping into a living, breathing co-creation between your highest truth, my intuition, and the wisdom of Spirit.

I meet you exactly where you are — I see you. Not the version you think you should be, but the truth of who you are in this moment.

Together, we work to de-armour the walls you have built around yourself, we drop deep into the parts of you that long to be known. I guide you into a place of alignment, helping you to integrate new understandings in the psyche — reconnecting you to the Divine and anchoring that radiance firmly through an embodied approach that anchors you within your body temple.

I am deeply intuitive. Spirit moves through me in ways I cannot explain, and every session is shaped by what your soul is ready to receive. I don't follow scripts. I follow the current of what wants to heal.

I bring my full creative presence and life force into every session — drawing from years of training, intuitive insight, and spiritual practice. In this way, my work is unique, always evolving, and responsive to what's alive and ready to be claimed in the moment.

My inspiration comes from a desire to find true and lasting solutions for the collective wounding and shadows I observe in each of us, myself included. This is healing that moves through you — opening your heart, clearing your energy, awakening your body, and reminding your nervous system what safety feels like.

I believe that healing is not a destination, but an evolving pathway that is our birth right. I cannot heal you, but I am honoured to accompany you as you take this journey.

my Story

My path to this work was not linear. I have always said that I didn't choose this path, it chose me - in direct response to the reflection my own life unraveling.

In my early 20's, I spent time in ashrams in India, studying the yogic path, learning to master the energy body through Bhakti, meditation and pranayama. I lived in the Dominican Republic for five years, where I founded a holistic healing practice, immersing myself in Taíno culture and Earth-based traditions. I now call Mexico home, where I study Mayan and Toltec cosmologies and continue apprenticing with the land. I trained formally in psychology, drawn to understand the mind's patterns, but I quickly realised true healing doesn't happen in the mind alone — it happens through integrated healing in the body and the Earth's remembering. I became obsessed with bodywork and creating deeply nourishing spaces for people to let go.

During that time, I was initiated through a spontaneous Kundalini awakening that shattered everything I thought I knew. For two intense years, my entire energy body was on fire — psychic abilities came online, I was processing huge amounts of information stored in my body and psyche and my nervous system rewired itself in real time making me incredibly sensitive. I had no roadmap. No guide. Just the trust I felt in the raw, undeniable force of awakening moving through me.

This initiation was a great teacher that sent me searching — not for answers in books, but for embodied wisdom, I learnt that inner mastery and the art to healing is deeply personal and internal and became empowered by this understanding.

I found my way to somatic therapies, studied Kundalini bodywork to be able to support people going through awakening journeys such as mine and received attunements to offer my mediumship through the Akashic Records.

I apprenticed with ancestral lineages in the Peruvian Amazon, working with Master Plants through ceremony and traditional dietas. My partner, Juan Carlos Taminchi — a carrier of Amazonian and Incan wisdom — has been both teacher and ally on this path.

For the past decade, I have around spent six months of every year traveling the world — hosting transformational retreats, offering workshops at festivals, studying ancestral traditions and sitting in ceremony with plant spirits across sacred lands. Each place I go, I listen. I learn. I receive.

Somehow through this journey, the Rose found her way to me, not only as a plant ally but as a consciousness and a path which I am deeply devoted to.

She taught me that healing is not about perfection — it's about dancing the dance between light and shadow so that we can continue to blossom and bloom. She taught be about devotion, beauty, and the courage to stay open, to live from the heart. It wasn't long until she started appearing to me in my dreams, teaching me recipes and delivering precise insturions for how she wanted me to share and honour her spirit in ceremonial offerings.
