If my life were an altar, retreats would be placed front and centre. Creating and leading transformational retreats has become my greatest passion. I wholeheartedly believe in the power of conscious immersions to catalyze immense change in our lives — and I have witnessed this happen, time and time again, in the 20+ retreats I have facilitated.
A retreat is not an escape from life. It is a profound return to it. It is a microcosm of existence itself — a concentrated field where time moves differently, where the veils thin, and where healing happens at an accelerated pace. What might take months or years of solo work can unfold in days when held within the alchemy of sacred space, intentional community, and transformational practice. In these containers, we drop in deeply, connect quickly and grow radically. The retreat becomes a living temple — where we peel back the layers of conditioning, meet the truth of who we are beneath the roles we play, and remember the fullness of our being. It is here that we find community, permission to feel, space to be seen, and the courage to own our authenticity.
I love to weave modern healing modalities with ancient practices — blending plant wisdom, ceremony and psychology, somatic release and energetic activation, silence and celebration — to mark a threshold — the space between who you have been and who you are becoming through creating something original, alive, and deeply nourishing.

A traditional Amazonian plant dieta is a healing and teaching process where an energetic connection is established between your consciousness and the spirit of a Master Plant.
The plant's spirit will heal your body on a physical level and guide your mind and spirit through dreams, intuitions, visions, and revelations. This is the path of direct revelation — wisdom passed directly from the spirit of the plant to the spirit of the dieter.
This is an introverted, meditative, inner journey requiring strength of spirit, as you follow certain food and lifestyle restrictions and spend time in solitude to create a clean and neutral inner space.
