Wales is a land drenched in myth and story. The land of the dragon, the bard, the enchantress. Where the spirit of the Fae are ever-present, felt in the sudden shimmer of a wishing dandelion, the inexplicable pull of an ancient stone or the song that rises in you when you think you are alone in the forest.
It is here that the ancient spirit of the feminine within us all - the one who walks silently up the mountain, gathers herbs to make balms and remedies and sings to the rose as an act of devotion - is invited to come out to play.
The fae - kindred spirits to the womb - are the gatekeepers to the old mysteries. They carry the frequency of wild beauty, enchantment and deep earth magic. To enter fae territory is to open yourself to the imaginal realms and to remember that the rational mind presents only a sliver of what is possible. To dance upon the land they inhabit is to feel the ancient intelligence of the earth's timeless wisdom surging up through your feet, meeting the wisdom of your womb temple. She who knows.

What if the fairytale ideal of ‘once upon a time’ actually refers to a time and place on Earth that we simply no longer remember or have written records for? Our ancestral-lineage memories speaking to us beyond known facts. We call it fantasy, myth, storytelling - and yet oral knowledge has always been passed down in this way, encoded in a style of feminine consciousness that is non-linear, symbolic and non-sense to a conditioned, mechanical mind. It is truth waiting to be reclaimed.
If we unravel the thread that leads us down the path of ‘once upon a time’ we reach a time and a place where the feminine was honoured, where the moon cycles and the womb were worshipped, where ritual and ceremony were a part of every day life, where the feminine vibration was celebrated for animating all of life, where sexuality, fertility and the body were sacred, and where flowers, mountains and rivers were considered alive with wisdom, and consulted and communed with, so every creature on Earth could live in harmony.
This knowledge and memory has lived on, though often attacked, distorted and diminished, through lineages of women - womb priestesses. They have taken many forms and names, but the source of their wisdom and power is always the same: the womb.

In the heavens, Venus — the goddess of love, beauty, and the sacred feminine — traces a perfect five-petalled rose across the sky every eight years, her dance encoded in the geometric language of the cosmos. Each morning we sit together and drink a specially prepared brew of Rose Tea, and work with a combination of flower essences, tinctures, extracts and elixirs to support our deepening intimacy with this flower spirit.
The practices we share and offer, are centered around the awakening of Rose Conciousness: the recognition of the living intelligence that exists both within the physical plant, and its spiritual embodiment as a teacher, ally and guide in the journey from heart to heart, and heart to womb.

Practicing the codes of Temple Consciousness will be a guiding principle of our time together. Through acts of reciprocity, we honour the elementals through direct revelation and animistic practices ~ invoking the sacred elements of air, fire, water and earth - weaving earth based wisdom and connection into our daily gatherings. In the Temple Space we will work with meditative, breath-centred and energetic practices that harness the power of our wombs, hearts & voices ~ combining rituals of the Rose, sacred sound, dance and authentic relating to raise the vibration in our Temple Body and expand the field of our consciousness.
Embodied Dreamscapes
An embodied dreamscape is a meditative journey created through engaging our inner eye and dropping into the body through dance, breath, ritual, visualisation and intuitive movement: created to activate the wombs wisdom and to enter an inner oracular space. Once the door is open and the energetic body is activated, a vital, divine, healing energy initiates a rise of energy that clears the chakras and raises consciousness. This brings potent insights and opportunities for evolution and transformation. This is an inward ceremonial journey which is deeply therapeutic and enables the liberation of trauma and dense chi stored in the cells & tissues, helping us to strengthen our relationship to our intuitive senses and develop a Higher Consciousness.

Cacao Ceremony
Cacao is a sacred and beautiful plant medicine that helps us to open our heart and come back into connection with gratitude and joy. According to the wisdom keepers of this tradition: "whenever the balance between humans and nature becomes threatened, the spirit of Cacao will come from the rainforest to open people's hearts and return us all to harmony with the Earth and creation once again".
